Our goal was to write a feature-rich software package that was based around the people using it, not a programmer or accountant's view point. We believe that we achieved that goal and more.
We feel that software should be easy for the average service writer or parts techinician to use and that it should have the features they need to get the job done quickly and
accurately. Too many software packages are designed around a programmer's or an accountant's point of view. Why should a service writer require any knowledge of account
or tax codes? Aren't there enough things to remember?
