Create "Canned" Labor jobs for quick and consistent job entry

Canned jobs are like macros where you can create a prefab job including job description, parts, labor time and sublet charge.

The canned job menu also shows you current prices for a job, for example you can see the price of a 60K service with current labor, parts, etc.  It works like a service menu of sorts.
