You can easily note future maintenance repairs, like coolant flushing and brake jobs, by entering values in user-defined fields.  These fields are translated and placed on invoices in common english. 

This gives the customer a nice visual reminder without you having to type out the same redundant information.

Vehicle Check List fields are completely user definable.

You can add anything to the check list that you would like, such as Brake Pad Thickness or Coolant Condition. 

You can have basic fields where you just enter a value (such as brake pad thickness.)

You can also create a list of options to select from. For example, you can have an entry for "Belt Condition" that is "Good" which would translate on to the invoice as "Your drive belts are in good condition."
