We are continually adding new features and we try to incorporate user feature suggestions & requests. We provide limited phone support and un-limited e-mail support with the subscription. Additional phone
support and/or local on-site support (Portland area only) is available for a reasonable hourly charge.
IGST has a registration key system that will cause the software to expire after a specified amount of time.
The client program reminds you 15 days before it expires. If the registration key expires, you will not be able to create new customers and repair orders until you get a new registration key. Keys can easily
be obtained over the Internet.
The subscription pricing is $30 per month for single users and $5 per month for each additional user. If you are in the Portland area, and wish us to do the installation, we will
charge between $300 and $500 (depends on number of users, system configuration and how much updating we have to do to your computers.) We are including detailed installation documentation on this web site, so
installing the product yourself should be a fairly easy procedure.
Please note that the user licensing is enforced by the software: You can install IGST on as many machines as you want, but a can only have as many
concurrent connections as you are licensed for.
