When you start a repair order, you are presented with a "quick entry" windows that allows you to easily enter the customer's requests,
previously recommended repairs, and all other
information related to the repair order. You can then easily print a repair order for your customer to sign.You can also view invoice history and reserved special order parts for this
customer/vehicle. |

- Printed repair orders allow your technicians something to write on, punch times on and give you something to file away with the customer's records in case you want more than just the invoice description of work
done
- You can print repair orders using your own printer. You can even print on card stock that you get from an office supply store. Please note that not all printers handle card stock well. Straight
pass-through inkjets work very well
- Repairs order have detailed information about each vehicle: VIN, License Plate, body style, interior and exterior colors, production date, delivery date (warranty start date), engine serial number and radio code
- There are predefined fields for the technician to write mileage, coolant protection level, and estimated brake life & tire life remaining
- There is an area to write note about future repairs that are needed
- Previously recommended repairs are also dislayed on the repair order
- There is the standard lien agreement (which you can change to say whatever you like) and a spot for the customer's signature
- Repair orders can be printed in portrait or landscape styles and have the customer's name and repair order number up at the top so they can be easily identified when placed in wall racks
